We are excited to be hosting our Union Dance Clinic on January 3rd, 2022 for grades kindergarten through 8th grade. Reminder, this is the final day of winter break and is a teacher work day. The school will be in full operation, just no students attending classes. At the clinic, dancers will learn dance and performance skills, as instructed by the Union Varsity Dance Team, with performance to follow up Tuesday, Jan. 11th at halftime of the boys’ varsity basketball game.
Registration cost includes the 3 hour clinic, dance instruction, game time performance, and a t-shirt. We will not be providing snacks since we will be done just before lunch time, but encourage dancers to bring a refillable water bottle (labeled).
The day of the clinic, dancers should wear a comfortable t-shirt or tank top, shorts or leggings, and tennis shoes. If dancer has jazz shoes, that is perfectly fine to wear! Parent/guardian will receive their shirts at check-in the day of the clinic, and should ONLY wear those for the performance on the 11th, along with appropriate shoes and black shorts or leggings. All funds raised from the clinic will go back to the Union Dance Program.
